Dinner at the Farm - Coastal Harvest with Drift and Flame

We are gathering this summer for relaxed suppers in the vineyard that feature locally grown goodness from either Arlyn or nearby friends / Oregon Coast. The meals highlight Arlyn's exquisite wines  and how well they pair with our Northwest bounty. Taking in sunset over lovely wines and a meal in the vineyard is one of our favorite things to share with you.

Coastal Harvest with Drift and Flame - September 5th

Appetizers and Bubbles on Arrival
Poached albacore, olive oil, sea salt, citrus
Albacore crudité with chili, lime, and herbs
Aged cheese and farm accompaniments

Arugula and bitter greens salad, figs, goat cheese, toasted seeds, stone fruit vinaigrette

Roasted Chinook salmon
Roasted Coho salmon
Wild mushrooms
Charred carrots and fennel
Braised greens

Plum crisp, cream
